What is the meaning of the expression "might just as well do sth as do sth"? The only expression that I know seemed to this is "might just as well do sth". Is there any difference? Examples: We might just as well go first as last. We might just as well stay home as go to a movie or something.

It means either of those options are acceptable. For whatever reason, doing one thing is as good as the other.
