지루하다 I am boring vs I am bored? So does 나는 지루해 mean I am boring or I am bored? Also, how do I distinguish between "the person who is bored" and "the person who is boring"? is one of them 지루한 사람, and the other 지루하는 사람?

형용사, 지루하다 to be boring 무엇이 지루하다. 뭐가 지루하다. 피동형 동사, 지루하다 + 지다. 지루해지다. to get/be bored 사역형 동사, 지루하-게 만들다. to make someone feel bored 나는 지루하다. (They say / I think) I am boring. 나는 지루한 사람이다. I am a boring person. 나는 나쁘다. (I think) I am bad. 나는 나빴다. (I think) I was bad. 나는 나쁜 사람이다. (I think) I am a bad person. 나는 나쁜 사람이었다. (I think) I was a bad person. for examples, 그의 말은 너무 지루하다. His words are too boring. 나는 그의 말이 지루해서 더 이상 듣지 않았다. His word bored me, so I didn't hear it any more. 그 영화는 지루했다. The movie was boring (to me). 그는 지루한 사람이다. He is a boring person. 나는 지루해졌다. I was bored.

나는 지루해= I am bored To express your feelings must not use form of -ing(gerund).
