Tengo una pregunta sobre el uso de "ser" o "estar" con la palabra "céntrico". ¿Cómo se dice en español, "El hotel es céntrico." o "El hotel está céntrico."?

"El hotel está céntrico" me suena un poco extraño. "El hotel está en el centro" o "El hotel se encuentra ubicado en el centro" son más familiares.

El hotel es céntrico o El hotel está en el centro, pero no es raro oir El hotel está céntrico(más coloquial)
