I don't know the exact meaning of "window pain".What's the word come from?Thanks.

You may have heard it from Eminem feat. Rihanna - Love The Way You Lie:

Now you get to watch her leave out the window
Guess that's why they call it window "pain"
=======================================
"pain" was used instead of "pane" because it sounds the same and in the song, looking out the window watching someone leave caused pain.
