It only use in saudi arabia يعطيك الف عافية "thanks a bunch" يالغلا "sweetie" or another word for حبيبي

Literally: May Allah gives you wellness or health (الله يعطيك العافية) (الغلا) it can be adj and n. generally means love. but in this sentences,it comes as an adj (يالغلا) means darling etc
