"일다" 믓은 뜻인가요?
그 배경과 관련해 피해자가 ‘성매매 여성’이라는 점에서 오는 편견이 크게 작용하고 않았느냐는 지적이 일고 있는 것이다.
What does 일다 mean here? I had a look on the naver dictionary but none of the definitions made any sense to me.
