What does it mean "I don't do boyfriends"?
That means "I don't want to make friends with boys"?

It probably means she doesn't have or want a boyfriend, but boyfriend usually refers to a romantic partner, not just a friend.

They do not want to become romantically involved with boys. "Boyfriend" usually means a man you are dating rather than a man that is simply a friend.
