What's the meaning if there is someone who said: " I am down to earth" and "I am an easy going"?

Someone down to earth is someone practical and realistic. An easy going person is a flexible person who is easy to get along with and doesn't get upset very easily. A tolerant and relaxed person.

Down to earth - it is an idiom - honest, no frills attached, no hidden agenda
Easy going - it is also an idiom and it means Easy to get along with, friendly
