Chi potrebbe dirmi che qual e' la differenza fra "etichetta" e "tarchetta"?

La tarGhetta, a rigore, è un piccola targa (plate) fatta in metallo o altro materiale rigido.
L'etichetta (label) è invece in tessuto o in cartoncino, o altro materiale morbido. Qualche volta è adesiva (sticker).
