Hello. I want to express 90% possibility. Which word can be used, likely or probably? The sentence is:
I will probably/be likely to accept the offer.

For 90%, I would say: "I am almost certain I will accept the offer."

Hello Joy:
You might use this: "In all likelihood, I will probably....etc."
or
"The probability of my acceptance is very high I think."
