I would like to know how to pronounce 2元. I know we can say 两块 but can we say 两元 or 二元？
And what if it is Euro? 两欧元 or 二欧元？

You can see 两元, but we rarely say 二元 although it's right in China. And Euro is the same.

usually we use the first one 两欧元 if they are two , we generally use "两" don't use "二" and "二"in china is bad language
