In USA or Philippines? - Nasaan ang karamihan sa/ng pamilya mo? = Where are most of your family? - Saan nakatira ang karamihan sa/ng pamilya mo? = Where do most of your family live? (You may hear either "sa" or "ng" used for "of" in such a sentence.) In the USA or the Philippines? - Sa US o sa Pilipinas? (we usually just say "US" for "USA") - Sa America o sa Pilipinas? 3) my mother is from Cebu - Ang nanay ko ay taga-Cebu. = My mother is from Cebu. - Ang nanay ko ay Cebuana. = My mother is from/a native of Cebu.
