There's a question and answer site called quora.com, maybe that's where this question is from. I agree that it must be pronounced kworah

Quora is the plural of quorum, and it *is* pronounced kworah.

Where did you see this? I don't think it's an English word and it's not in the dictionary. If it were an English word I'd guess that it's pronounced as 'kworah'.
