(I think) I can understand more than I can say/speak - 어떻게 말해요?
I tried writing it a few different ways

내가 이해보다 나 말할 수 것 같아요.
내가 이해할 수 있는 더 말할 수 있는 생각해요.
나보다 내가 말할 수 있는 더 이해할 수 있어요.

but I'm pretty sure none of them are right. 도와줘 주세요, 감사합니다 ^^

I'd say "저는 제가 말할 수 있는 것 보다 더 이해할 수 있어요." meaning your listening skill is better than speaking.:)

I may be joining your learning Korean beginner's club as well. Have you ever done a Vark test to see your learning style ? My style is basically read and write, not listen so speaking is going to be challenging. Korean text is very distinctive isn't it ? You will enjoy your first trip to Korea, it is an interesting culture.
