Entonces dicho en ese contexto el significado es :
are you in Line? :  ¿Estas en la cola? ¿Estas en la fila? De ambas formas se puede decir en español

are you in Line? -->  Traducción Literal "¿Estas al telefono?" 
     Traduccíon más coloquial en contesto telefónico "¿Sigues allí todavía?"

please sign your name here"?--> Traducción literal "Por favor firme su nombre aquí"
Traducción más coloquial "Por favor ponga su nombre aquí"

Dependiendo  de si es en un entono más formal o coloquial la traducción sería una u otra pero ambas vienen a significar lo mismo.
