as in cool? Depende del pais, hasta ahora he escuchado chevere, bacan, lo maximo mucho aqui en Ecuador. Hay muchas otras formas de decirlo en Mexico tambien. Cool, awesome, chill etc en Ingles.

In Mexico we also use "suave".
Example:
