It is actually a term that has sexual origins and is not a very nice thing to say. It basically means something like "who cares about you" but in a much meaner way.

not sth good... for example...Screw you, you dumbass pervert! 你见鬼去，你这个颠倒是否的家伙！ OR Screw you, XXXX, You're a coward a bastard, and I hope you rot in hell! 你这个混蛋，XXXX, 你这个胆怯的杂种，我希望你烂死在地狱里。

“滚蛋” 差不多这个意思。
