무슨 뜻인가요?
"나는 혹시라도 네가 자신의 생각을 지지해 주지않을까 싶어서, 당장 엿들은 말을 들려줬다"
I understand it all except for "지지해 주지않을까 싶어서"
Does it mean "i" wanted to see if "you" will support me?

I'm afraid you might not support my idea. or
I feel uneasy ...
