It means "please go from that way" (when you guide someone). Sorry for my bad English.

It depes on what situation is. If it means like showing the way to go, which means please go this way. Otherwise, you can do /say first as you said.

Sochira そちら = There, that way Kara から = from Douzo どうぞ = please So I would guess it will be something like 'That way, please'?
