How to say "you all" formally/in honorifics in Korean? For example, you ring someone's door and one person answers, and you want to say, "I wanted to give you this cake." By "you," you mean that person who answered the door and their family. What else could I use instead of 당신들 that is formal? Could I just not use any pronoun, as it would be implied?

As you say, you could just say '케이크를 드리고싶었어요', ommitting any word for 'you'. It could be even more polite to think of an appropriate title to refer to the recipient. For example, if you were giving the cake to your bosses family, '사장님가족분들에께 케이크를 드리고싶었어요'.
