I found them in portuguese in www.tvserieshd.net :)

As Evandro has said, in Brazil (I don't know about Portugal),this and other TV shows are not translated and many times they are only have Portuguese subtitles and English audio. Then, "How I Met Your Mother", "The Big Bang Theory", "Friends", "Two and a Half Men", "Orange is the New Black" and many others are not translated. Anyway, I have never watched "How I Met Your Mother".
