is "ni hao ma ,ni hau?"

我很好，谢谢。 wo hen hao，xie xie = I’m fine ，thanks.
你呢? ni ne? = and you？

just say :ni(nin) hai hao ma?

you can say "ni hao ma",and you can say "wo hen hao"to answer.
