Yes absolutely! At the top menu bar of Italki select Community and then Language Partners and then search for someone learning Portuguese and that speaks English. Send them a message and ask if they would like to become language partners. Then if you two agree you can exchange Skype information and setup a time for a language exchange. Good Luck!
