After lunch slump Hi. I bumped into this expression in a book about teaching. I guess it means the moment you feel sleepy after having lunch but I would like to have your confirmation guys. So what's the meaning of "after lunch slump"? Thanks!

That's exactly right. It's an 'energy low' after eating.

Without having the context in which you found the phrase, I would assume you are correct. :) Sounds right to me.

"after-lunch" should be hyphenated.
