You can use "garde cela à l'esprit" if you need to be a bit formal. "Garde ça en tête" is also a good way to say it although it's more casual!

Garde cela à l'esprit/en tête est bien.
Souviens toi > il manque le this. Je dirais plutôt "Souviens-t-en"
Autre variante: Mémorise le/Garde cela en mémoire
