prójimo — otro homdre; amarás a tu prójimo; despectivo = tipejo.

Vecino es alguien que vive cerca a tu casa.
Prójimo es otra persona, no se usa mucho la verdad, solo la he escuchado en frases como "No hagan a tu prójimo lo que no quieres que te hagan a tí"
