Anyways is slang, not proper grammar. Mostly very young people say it. It's used as a conversation filler or to change subjects. "Anyways..... [new topic]." If you're not a teenager, it will probably sound strange to adults.

1) Never. The word doesn't exist. It should be 'anyway' 2) 'Any more' and 'No more' have exactly the same relationship as 'any' and 'no'. You use 'any' with a negative verb, or 'no' with a positive verb, and the sentences will mean the same thing. I have no more money = I don't have any more money.
