"Your endorsing organization" is whomever is going to write letters supporting your application. This is probably a school. They are asking something like, "what classes does your school offer that are in the subject areas related to the certification program. "" I expect they will then ask you, "how did your work in these classes/programs prepare you for our program." Or something like that.
