Help please with understanding a phrase. Hi. In the sentence "They want what others have, and they murder, argue, cheat, and are hard to get along with." what does it mean "are hard to get along with"? I don't understand this part of the sentence in the context of the whole sentence.

to get along with someone is to get on with him I.E establish a friendly relationship with him
