How to translate "IT support / helpdesk / helpline" to Spanish?
Hi,
my job is to take phone calls about computer related problems from our users (and to solve them if possible)
How can I express it in Spanish?

I think that "Servicio técnico" is the most used word for your job so you can say "Soy asistente de servicio técnico".

There are a lot of ways to express it:
Soporte técnico (Soporte / Asistencia / Ayuda) en línea de TI (tecnologías de la información, problemas informáticos, etc.)
