There are many different ways to say these phrases depending on where someone is from. I'm most familiar with Mexican Spanish, which would be What's up bro ¿Qué onda amigo? ¿Qué pasó amigo? You can also use the widely used ¿Qué tal? for what´s up I would just use amigo for bro because there are different ways to say this too depending on the region but amigo is universal Hope this helps

Some example from Malaga: - Alguién es "perita": someone is a good person. - Nove: No veas, You use it when you are surprised by someone say.
