Beides ist gebräuchlich, im Norden eher "Apfelsine", im Süden eher "Orange". In den Niederlanden heißt die Frucht "appelsina". Es ist dieselbe Frucht: Siehe http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange_%28Frucht%29 und http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Apfelsine
