Creole
I was wondering how one would go about learning Creole? It is not technically French, but that is the closest language I can think of. I don't know if anyone will be able to help, but if you can, I would be very greatful! :)

I would learn French and then find some one from Louisiana to teach you the creole. Also if you go to Louisiana you need to be ready to eat the best soul food ever!

I would suggest learning French and since you are already familiar with English you can fill in the gaps... But to be full familiar with it you should expose yourself to the environment because it is not a language that can be "studied".

Sorry, not Creole per se, but rather Cajun/Louisiana French. It is not very much like French sometimes...
