I'm not sure about its exact translation to English, but "اقدم اكل بالصحة والعافية" means something close to "bon appétit" in French, which is used as a salutation to a person about to eat. In Arabic when we say: صحة وعافية to someone after we serve food and before they start eating; it means that we wish them good health :)
