1) A "stallion" means... well, let me quote ahdictionary.org: 1. An adult male horse that has not been castrated, especially one kept for breeding, or an adult male of another equine species. 2. Slang A man regarded as virile and sexually active. As pronounced, "stallion" rhymes with "Italian." But there is another interesting aspect. The quotation is from the movie "Rocky," which starred and was written by Sylvester Stallone. Stallone is Italian-American--actually Sicilian-American--and of course his last name resembles the word "stallion." I can't find it now but I'm sure I've read that Stallone had the nickname "Italian Stallion" at one point in his life.

Haha. That is an idiom. Sometimes we say "Italian Stallion" to describe someone who is strong. I think we also use it to describe some who is tall and handsome. The person may be of Italian decent, but doesn't have to be...
