“Hallelujah” is mainly an utterance which praises something (God in a religious context). In this case, the girls are being asked to praise the song; which is indicated by the “woo’s”.

"Hallelujah" é um imperativo, uma palavra derivada de duas palavras hebraicas transliteradas como "halal" e "Yah". Halal é "louvar", e Yah é uma forma abreviada do nome hebraico de Deus (Yĕhovah). Significa, então, "Louve a Deus."
Nessa música, os caras estão se exaltando. Acho que é imperativo para que elas deem um grito o tal coisa similar, provavelmente de admiração ou emoção, talvez porque eles estão na cena ou farão alguma coisa.
Mas, o uso desta palavra nessa música não é somente inapropriada no contexto, mas também irreverente a Deus. A música é vulgar.

Hallelujah é uma palavra de origem hebraica e significa alegria, euforia. Whoop e whopee são também os gritos de alegria em inglês. Portanto, esta frase poderia ser: "Alegram-se meninanas ! ... Fiquem com alegria! ...
