How do you say ''most' in Japanese
I am learning frequency words but cannot find how to express the idea of 'most'', as in, I go for a walk most days.

ほとんど is the word you are looking for
I go for a walk most days
ほとんどの日は散歩に行きます。
This can also be used for time, objects, a group of people.
