Do you mean "He does not like to hear me play?" e.g. when you play the violin and your friend cannot tolerate the noise? Normally, the second verb would be in the gerund - ing and the gerund form would also work in this case. "Hear" is an unusual verb as it can be followed by another verb in the base form like "play". I don't think there is any great reason for it - I think it's just an oddity of the language.

Hi Hadiahmadi, Please, be careful when typing. Your errors made us misunderstand you. "He doesn't like to hear me play." This is the actual quote and, grammatically, it's not as difficult as it seems. "Hear what?" or, in this case, "hear who?" Hear me. "Hear me do what?" is the next question. It's fine to use the base verb here. If you used a participle (playing), I'd want to know what the person would be playing. I hope that helps a bit.
