I think those translations are correct! But it looks a little weird. We hardly say like that. But when you wirte something ,you can use! 她的脸并非不是整形过的,usually we write:她的脸并不是没整过。 他的手并非不沾铜臭气(味)is correct. 这种饮料并非不含酒is correct.

I prefer to say as the following: 1. 她(的臉)无非整形过. 2. 他并非不沾銅臭(味儿). 3. 这种飲料含有酒精成分. Using a part of one thing to replace the whole is a means in rhetoric. Though, her face can be emphasized in the sentence. But it is he who is full of dirty money in the sentence and the hands should not be literally translated.

I would like to use straight sentence for double negative in Chinese because as a native speaker, double negative is too cumbersome to use unless the tone is really strong, like when I am denying some point of view( but mostly I use 真的,like I wrote below). So I will say: 1. Her face is not free from plastic surgery. 她的脸真的整过容(真的can replace double negative to emphasize the point) 2. His hands are not free from dirty money. 他经手过脏钱(铜臭气 mostly means money, just from a negative view and it may refer to money earned from legal ways, but I think 'dirty money' is a more contemptible one and refer to illegal money) 3. This drink is not free from alcohol. 这个饮料里面有酒精

oh sorry, forgot to mention, dirty money generally means money one gets with illegal approach, right? therefore, i don't think 铜臭气 isn't the perfect word for it. 铜臭气 means someone who's filthy rich or money-driven, not necessarily illegal. e.g. 他充滿铜臭气。(he's so rich and he's not humble about the fact that he's rich at all.)
