It means:
They have - not one of them (none of them) - a lot (much) - to recommend them. In other words there is not much about these girls that would make someone speak well of them.
Mr. Bennett tends to be a bit critical of his girls, though in this sentence you can see that he does recognise that Lizzy is more intelligent than the average person.
