maid .housekeeper When referring to hotels, arr both terms correct and the same' do you use s different term for jobs in other places like a big private house? Thanks

Technically you can use both for any place. You can say maid for hotels and houses. You can say housekeeper or 'housekeeping' for both hotels and houses.
