How do you say "I have a speech impediment" in JP?
I want to be able to tell my language partners that I tend to stutter, or that I have difficulty speaking.

I have a speech impediment＝私には言語障害<げんごしょうがい>があります
Stutter＝どもり（usual）／吃音<きつおん>（technical term）stammer ※どもり is not used any longer on a mass communication as a discriminatory word in recent years.
