oh you poor thing=哦，可怜的
I feel sorry for you=我为你感到难过
cheer up=加油！振作点！
others we often use: 你太可怜了，你别难过了(don't be so sad)，一切都会好起来的（everything will get better），总会过去的(it will finally get through)
