It's the same thing. 눈물 is a lot more informal, casual, and used in everyday conversation. 누액 is super formal. So you'll see it in some technical terms like 인공누액 (artificial tears in direct translation. the eye drops). You can just stick to using 눈물 in your daily conversation :)
