Perverse means showing a deliberate and obstinate desire to behave in a way that is unreasonable, unacceptable or unnatural.

Nothing, as far as I know. My guess is that it is either a technical term of some sort, or more likely that you or your source has spelt it incorrectly. I think it should be 'perverse sexuality'.
