1年次 2年次 3年次 4年次とは何ですか？
日本語を習っている外国人です。
大学の入学説明資料に、1年次 2年次 3年次 4年次といった内容が入っていますが、これは一体なんでしょうか？
例えば、1年次 というと、一年生のことでしょうか？それとも一年で終わる課程、あるいは学歴をいうのでしょうか？

「～次」は「～（回<かい>）目<め>」「～（度<ど>）目」ということです。「1年次」は「1年目＝1年生の時<とき>）」ということです。

1年次 - freshman, or first year
2年次 - sophomore, or second year
3年次 - junior, or third year
4年次 - senior, or fourth year
