How do you say "I miss you" in French? My boyfriend's first language is French (New Brunswick French if that makes any difference) and we're currently in a semi-long distance relationship. I know like... practically no French at all, because the teaching system here sucks, but he likes it when I speak random French words to him, like "Merci" "De rien mon amore" "Je taime" etc etc, but I can't seem to figure out how to say "I miss you" I tried to look it up on the internet but I literally go like 5 different versions and I don't want to say the wrong thing to him and embarass myself. Someone help? D:

I checked it a bit and found that "Tu me manques" is what they say in France. In Quebec on the other hand, "Je m'ennuie de toi" is more commonly used. It seems both groups understand the other phrase but find it a bit odd.
