Te recomiendo que practiques la conversación, veas películas y escuches canciones. Si me dices tu nivel puedo recomendarte algo más específico :)

Hay muchos recursos en Internet, por ejemplo, http://www.videoele.com/menu_B1.html tiene vídeos con transcripciones. http://www.laits.utexas.edu/spe/ es otra página donde puedes encontrar vídeos con locutores de diferentes países hispanohablantes. http://www.spanishlistening.org/ también debería ayudar a practicar.
