Ich denke, es ist eine falsche Form von 'helfen'.
Vielleicht ist gemeint: Ich *helfe* (1. Person Singular). Oder: Bitte *hilf* mir (Imperativ).
Insbesondere die ersten Verwendung ('ich helfe ihr') wird umgangssprachlich manchmal verkürzt (zu 'ich helf ihr'). Richtig aber ist 'helfe'.
