I think Francisco gave you a good answer, but maybe it's more natural to say "no entiendo cómo puedes aprender 4 idiomas al mismo tiempo", and if you are in a informal environment, you could add "sin hacerte bolas". I mean "no entiendo cómo puedes aprender 4 idiomas al mismo tiempo sin hacerte bolas".
